Synopsis

This book approaches the impact of artificial intelligence on the field of management not merely as a technical transformation, but as a multi-layered process of change with strategic, human, and organizational dimensions. Accordingly, the chapters are designed in a way that enables the reader to develop a gradual and holistic understanding of the subject.

The first chapter presents the key concepts and theoretical framework of artificial intelligence in a management context, thereby establishing a common intellectual foundation for the rest of the book. The second chapter translates this framework into practice by focusing on a concrete managerial function, namely human resource management. The third chapter offers a critical examination of the ethical and normative issues arising from the use of artificial intelligence, particularly in recruitment and selection processes. The final chapter completes the book with a behavioral and organizational synthesis by analyzing how this technological and managerial transformation is reflected in employee behavior, organizational relationships, and work experiences.

Through this structural design, the book aims to offer the reader a coherent intellectual flow that moves from concepts to practice, from practice to ethical reflection, and finally to organizational implications.
