Synopsis

In today's world of work, where we have transitioned to the Industry 5.0 stage within the context of globalization and the information society, social policies targeting disadvantaged groups have gained increasing importance and have become more diversified. While technological advancements bring about significant changes in social structure and working life, they have also heightened the need for protective social policies aimed at vulnerable segments of the workforce, such as women, child and young workers, people with disabilities, and migrants. This book focuses on social policies directed toward disadvantaged groups within the sphere of working life. Many academics and researchers contributed to this book study, in which 7 different studies from various departments of social sciences take place. All the scientific and ethical responsibilities of the thoughts and articles presented in each section belong to the author of that relevant section. It is our greatest wish that our book, including several valuable studies produced by numerous academics and researchers with a great effort, devotion and rigor would contribute to the world of science and pioneer new studies.
